Recently graduated at IUAV University of Venice, she previously attended UAL London College of Fashion. She interned at Kwaidan Editions in London and Raf Simons in Antwerp and in 2020 she was one of the finalists of CNM Milano Moda Graduate.
Her approach focuses on the obsession with researching and an incessant trial and error, with a specific emphasis on gestures and improvisation. The human body, its presence/absence and its link with clothing are both the starting and final point: they are conceptually analysed and deconstructed, resulting in layering of oversized garments in which the body is protagonist but also undefined, underlining its everyday performative aspects. Nudity, in form of digital prints, brings the body up to and onto the surface. Sustainability is linked to the choice of high standard materials and finishings as well as local productions, collaborating with Italian (GOTS, BCI, OCS, RCS certified) suppliers in recovering flawed fabrics, focusing on recycled and dead-stock materials, going beyond the concept of seasonal collections and deliberately choosing to produce less and long-lasting clothes.
