Refund policy

We can't provide for refunds at this early stage. We are a small business and unfortunately we can't afford this service as per now.

Exception for returns:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please notify us about the damage by sending us pictures, this need to happen prior to 24hr of receiving the items. 

You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must return unused. All original packaging and price labels must be returned with the product without having been altered.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please, note that shipping costs can not be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
