Universo Maglia

Universo Maglia is a microcosm, a place of union and transformation, a multidisciplinary project that merges two main spheres of inspiration: a passion for astrology and my mother's knitting project, "Maremma Maglia," which started in the 1980s. The knitting thread is seen as a metaphor for interconnection and as a gesture to broaden the dialogue around the world of astrology, the study and philosophy of the invisible, and the planetary energies that shape the reality around us.

Universo Maglia is now a research project that begins with study and branches out into countless areas—from fashion to painting, video art to music, holistic projects to writing, and much more. The dream is that one day astrology will be integrated into the school system so that children can become aware of the energies inside and outside of themselves. This would help them understand themselves better, and in turn, better understand others, deepening their sense of purpose on Earth while fostering empathy and an appreciation for the cyclical nature of life.
