YONA KOHEN

Yona Kohen is an Istanbul born and based artist whose work celebrates detailed handcraft and time-involved process between mediums. 
Her jewelry is inspired by everyday personal keepsakes, like a small object you hang on the most intimate part of your bedroom wall.

Each piece of jewelry is made with glass beads, semi precious stones, pearls as well as shells that are collected by Yona during her summers in the Turkish coast as well as Greece. Hardware for necklaces are silver plated. Earring hoops are sterling silver.
